old bunker base

im looking for - trapper in "Darkwaters" bar near the south entrance of Junktown.
but Darkwaters is not a bar and there are no trappers in Junktown - or i didn't find any.
Is this base still available?
and where to find that trapper.
Any more suggestions to complete this task?

Enter by south, he is in the first building u will see. Talk with the leather armor bald guy.

My lvl is 13 - is this a problem?
Wich else requirments for this quest? where to get information?

new problem - i come with 350 000 to the guy - and he says that all party members have to be taged or something. the same thing with base at sf - that cost 10 000.
What is the secret ?
Is it possible to build a base and what requirments are there?
Is the faction comes with the base? or it should be purshased separately?

Yup, you need to take a faction name and than you can have a base. Bases are available to purchuase only for faction leaders.  :)

Use Wiki.
Anyway to creat a faction you need to go to for example DIY construction master in NCR. Tell him you need a base, when he ask what is your name as a gang/group you must use "say" button. Then write down your faction name from faction name list. You must find name that is not used yet.

The bunker is not worth it's money and effort. Better and cheaper is to buy Depot base. Car spawn is close to lockers, computer and to workbench.
