Some shity ghouls in special caravan encounters get hit for 60-90 damage on hex with gatling, wich is half the minimum you deal on a tank in pvp. Killing one of those requires like 500 MFC (3 or 4 K MFC for the fight :S).

You forget that Tesla helmet has lower crit chance/power reduction. For a SG sniper, a tesla helmet is just a joke, while combat helmet can save your targets life!
