Game keeps closing itself

I tried to re download Fallout Online on my new computer but the game keeps closing itself after a couple seconds, I already tried to re install but it keeps happening no matter what so if you have any suggestions it would be appreciated greatly.

Create a shortcut to the GL client on your desktop and then see if it works from there.

You need master and critter.dat from your original Fallout 2 CD, I believe.
