Reason for nobody selling is because These are very hard to Craft & Get. If someone has the willpower to get these he will not sell em for 90$ a peice  :P

Regular Alloys are far from hard to get and craft, it just takes time. Its the price that's keeping people away because it takes 2 Minerals and 2 Iron Ore just for 1 Alloy. If you adjusted your price by a considerable amount (I'm talking like a few hundred if not more for a single Alloy) I'm sure people would be willing to sell them to you.
