Faction terminal update

Been annoyed by this for a while managing members and it would be so incredibly handy if the faction terminal had a function to clear all posts saying "Player not found" from the system!

Those [player not found] records should be removed automatically when player deletes his characters. Some of reroll features should be also reworked because they are exploitable in few ways.

Yeah i agree, automatic would be even better.
