i found 100/100 ranger CA and mirrored shades with 10 howtzter shells, its not the worst enco. Found also 2 times nuka cola truck, which sux way more

Is it regular amount of adv gunpowder from disassembling howtzter shells? I got this encounter, and found 10 shells, but left them untouched in my tent. I'm afraid to try at this point to get better skill and more from them later.

With any char, i seem to always get 25-32 agp. As for the location, it can be found in any empty desert space. I find mine a bit northwest of ncr, i think on way to reno
