Stop Blocking In Modoc Respawn

Remove building from replication map near modoc or make spawn outside because people are often blocking each other in doorway.

Usually UV that does this when they lose  ::)

but anyways, I modified it with the mapper to look like this. Now the only way is if a butthurt gang blocks all exits but I highly doubt that...

Ayo, I always get blocked by other clans........I will tell our crew to not do this......but i think the main point here is to prevent this from happening to any1.  8) Agree with OP and ur post Yuno. Peace.
