Caravan Coord Resetter

Caravans get stuck, sometimes for days. Have a script that reads caravan coords every hour and if it reads the same coords in a row for 3 hours, then it resets caravan.

Hang and Goodsngo have been broken for days.

Better to fix the bug that causes caravans stuck.
