Still as APK you will kill only PK or those who wants PvP, not everyone. So they will not wipe floor with noobs or PvE players, I don't know why are you so mad about it pal.
Hmm the wording is then wrong - PK means player Kill, the word Anti means opposed to/against so for someone to claim they are Anti PK this means that they are against player killing as a whole, please see link for further reference of the word anti
