Mucha86 seems to cheat

I killed him on the desert near scrappyard. his char was Mucha86. Once his corpse dissapeared, i proceed to take his stuff. In 3 secs the same char kills me, he had combat armor, bg and full health. How the fuck?

there is only 1 possibility, that the first char was "muchaa86", and the second "mucha86"

Where is something about Mucha86? It seems like you were killed by NPC and you are crying now about buffed stuff which you had in your inventory.
