Well, not directly, but the plan is to make whoever the buyer is the leader of the faction(bunker/base), which they then can remove all the other members to the faction and have access to the base, so sadly you will be forced to start a new faction if you are already part of one. In the end the buyer will own the bunker w/ faction, named 'The Family'

Also, if you feel uneasy we will give you a tour of the base, completely unarmed, you can be armed of course.
