You always say shit like that :D

Also kilgore I think he means that its not 50% but more like 5%  to avoid a hex. I remember someone did a test with 15 hex burst on someone with In Your Face and only 2 were avoided.

Yes I can confirm this. We've done some testing and discovered the following:

In your face works exactly like it is supposed to when your target fires at you with single shot weaponry.
However the moment the target uses any form of burst weaponry, the perk simply no longer works. Aside from a complete miss once every 20 shots. Loading a bursting weapon with a single bullet doesn't chance this effect at all.

In this regard, an m60 firing a single bullet was rarely avoided.
Same for a flamer.
However when firing an assault rifle at single shot mode, aprox 50% of all shots were dodged like expected.
