Randomly getting kicked when with a group

SO far, in 2 days i have randomly gotten kicked when traveling across the map with a group. Once with Boone and his friend and another today when I was doing a caravan, Any idea why?

Can you provide few more details:
- terrain type of zone where such thing happened (mountains?) or even which zone if you remember,
- party size and number of npc,
- were you last one on party list,
- leaders perception and Cautious Nature perk.
Also would be great if you ask your friend to make screen right after spawning in encounter next time you get kicked from group and post it here.

Same request for everyone else who is reading this and had same thing happened to her/him.

from what I remember, when I was heading up with boone we were near the NCR, and the one with the caravan was the square right next to Gunrunners

Party Type: with Boone, 3 including myself

Caravan: 3 gaurds, leader

Party list: I believe I actually was the last one on the party list

Leader info: No clue, think boone may be 6-7 and idk the caravan's leader info

I'm eating all bugs that people are posting xD

It happened too with The Master (Craig Boone), a DIY base worker and me (Ina Blackwood ingame): I was kicked between the Hub and NCR after we found an encounter (I couldn't enter the encounter). I don't remember exact coords. but It was in de eastern desert, near the mountains between Shady Sands and Hub. I think I was the second on the party list, but not sure (the worker was following The Master and I had The Master tagged). My PE was 6 or 7 (Don't remember if i was on cigarrettes) with sharpshooter and I don't have cautious nature. I don't know about The Master stats or perks.

Blaming me  my perception is 8 and was other desert terian in between junktown and ncr

It is not  funny even in half as seeing dead Ina unable to respawn from enco 
Anyway, I hope your Combat Shotgun come back to you
For now I spot only one bug with still...damn eat my sources and  start working till update
