Rare items hiden in containers event

Some rare items have been hide in containers at public locations.

You can find:
- Power Armors
- Gauss Rifles
- Pulse Rifles
- Fridge tickets.

How to get those container never found a footlocker only junks and apples in ruined city random encounter, even in an upstair building there was only junk and empty furniture :(    I need more luck ?

Container = all bookcase, footlockers, refrigerator, furniture etc.
