changes for c4

some facts from my point of view
c4 are:
- to cheap to get ( like 1.1k caps for 1 c4)
- two are almost enough to destroy pa/hpa
- detection range is nearly same as explosion range
- npcs react to c4 drop within a specific range
- very strong if not op when used properly
- upon kill it always destroys armor// helmet (you cant destroy hpa with less effort than 2 c4)

some possible changes (for discussion)
- higher detection range (maybe like 6 hexes)
- more expensive crafting costs // parts for crafting not buyable
- unsneak when using detonator
- more ap cost for activating?
- npcs shout something like "c4 on the ground, you wannah bomb us to hell or what"?

i like:
- c4 is good for situations like few vs many
- they help to prevent backstabbing in towns

- Higher detection range -> 3 or 4 range should be fine.
- More expensive crafting -> HQ gunpowder is easy to get and det parts cost 1000caps each, it should be harder than that to craft it.

Not sure about rest suggestions.

Make it not throwable. That would fix a lot more problems.

- two are almost enough to destroy pa/hpa it needs sometimes 3 C4. Enhance PAs explosion resistance, not nerfing c4
- detection range is nearly same as explosion range Detection should be 2 hexes
- npcs react to c4 drop within a specific range That's annoying but at least you know that there is c4 somewhere
- very strong if not op when used properly should stay as it is
- upon kill it always destroys armor// helmet (you cant destroy hpa with less effort than 2 c4)

- unsneak when using detonator absolutely not.
- more ap cost for activating? I would say make LESS ap cost for activating
- npcs shout something like "c4 on the ground, you wannah bomb us to hell or what"? No way for that. When you plant it out of their sight they shouldn't notice it.

i like:
- c4 is good for situations like few vs many It will be impossible to use it with the propostions you want to implement
- they help to prevent backstabbing in towns It will prevent anything. You will be backstabbed like a chicken.

C4 is a useful and protective tool and its fine as is. It's like the condom of PvP. Leave it alone.

I recall that the removal of mines is to optimize program so go farmer 40 high qualited minerals FOR 1 C4

For me, problems with C4 are:

- Too cheap (at least currently)
- Too powerful when multiple C4 stacked
- Min. detection range
- Almost impossible to disarm even with high traps

Solution:

- Price for detonator will be increased probably to 2500, HQ materials will be a bit harder to get after wipe,
- Explosion of C4 will remove other explosives in nearby area (equal to splash), including containers/bodies to prevent stacking fast powerful damage,
- Min. detection range will be changed to 3, if it doesn't help much, then to 4 (but 3 should be enough),
- Disarming formula reworked.

There will be also 1-2 new types of explosives, details not specified yet.

Btw: stop spreading misinformation about private mines being removed from the game. They will not be removed and I never said that they will be removed.
