Rules are simple, post here and you have a ticket, after 72h I will randomly pick one of the posters and that person receives 1M caps with no additional fuss.

Some people are banned from this, you know who you are.

As my way of saying good bye there's gonna be more giveaways so stay tuned.

On the day following the registration I'll draw a number between 2 and x (x being last valid post number) using the http://www.random.org/ and that number will be the winning reply's number. If the winning post states not to be taken into lottery, I will draw again. The winner will be contacted through PM and stated here.
