What Mighty said. How is it unfair? It's not that those with current implants are losing anything. So they had to wait until level 30, and now requirements would be removed, so what?

Level requirement could only be removed on the Endurance and Intelligence implant, the rest are fine.

Both of You are wrong.

IN implant is usefull - it can gives you access to some support perks and it boost up skill points/lvl

EN implant is usefull for all odd EN characters, also even EN can get some roll/hp for intaling it.

EN implant give +2HP

This game is not for power gamers only !
