There is Role-play thiefs faction in HUB, some of them were alrdy put in to the jail by Sheriff of Hub.
Also when Sheriff is in town - no thiefs allowed .

Yeah, everyone hates PKs, thiefs, suicide bombers, and other various kinds of scum.

But can you honestly imagine a wasteland without them? Henry said it right.

It's these role-player characters who add some depth to the game and create the most memorable moments.

All these scumbags, RP or not, are making this game so much more alive and entertaining. Without them, you could as well have NPC merchants in your tent. But what is the point then?

Crafting is not the biggest fun in this game you know.

For the record I don't stick to the Hub only. I go to NCR frequently as well. I am planning on traveling around a lot more as well to expand my scope of influence.
