Smoking animation - need fix

Hi there. I've got some smoking animation here - there is one problem though. Idk if its becouse of our server settings but its kinda bugged. Why? Becouse it does the animation... whenever u put ANYTHING in your hand that is not a weapon. However it does not trigger when u actually smoke. My question: is there anyone who could fix it that it would trigger smoking animation only when someone actually SMOKES?

The server doesn't have an animation for smoking

I know but this zip file i included does required files. And those work. But for some reason they trigger smokin' animation whenever u put sth in ur active slot that is not a weapon, not when u use cigs. Is it possible to "tweak" it?
