I would not go so hardcore to companions. 60-90min to respawn shuld be enough.
if 1 team lost them in first fight they wont use them for next 60-90 min

Just make the requirement for having a compainon a perk. (Misterious fallower) or whatnot.

Or you can keep it as it is. PvP with jsut compainons wasnt that bad, Infact it gave "The real boys" a fighting chance. And without their compainons their 1lk snipers would be useless.

Jacky you better stop making forum alts or I'll start being more radical, for example by banning your characters in game.

PvE madness will be dealt with after the next update and who will still abuse it, will get airstrike and banhammer in his face. Now I close this river of tears because I couldn't stand reading it anymore.

Btw I suggest you think about consequences when you start such great tactics. Everything can be adopted also by your enemy.
