Still is located at Rebecca's bar, you need use stairs to go room with still. Destroy still and go get reward from Frankie.

Whiskey Bob at Klamath needs your help to refuel his still that is located at hunting grounds, he is too scared to go himself because of geckos.
Whiskey Bob give you Hatchet to get wood from trees. Cut 5 pieces and go refuel still, next return to Whiskey Bob and get your reward for easy job.

This is quest, can be done only once.
You need atleast 50% Doctor skill to heal injured leg, quest is completed when brahmin stand up and move away from Modoc.
