Changelog 04/09/2013
- Increased amount of gathering items in encounters (junk etc.)
- Added an option to barber to get default female skin again
- Testing another low-level chars protection system: characters lower than 10 level are HARDER to encounter (lower level = less chance to encounter, minimum 10%).
- Added a Crowbar to Hospital special encounter.

I like the direction it's going.

Protection could be graded; -10% per lvl; actually 100% protection at lvl 1, no protection at lvl 11.

Nice. That low level encounter thingy sounds neat. Most of the time i get a stack of nine junk in one encounter, that equals 360 caps per WM click. What is the reason behind the change or is it mostly for the other items like flint and such? All in all nice. One major complain: Why the crowbar change??? I got so many of them that they haunt my dreams... (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻

Maybe some bonuses which are based on specials? Like if you have ≥8 (or 7 :P) perception, you will be informed (in chat) that a player joined your encounter (so you can prepare ;P).
And ≥8 (or 7) luck could also decrease chance that your encounter will be discovered by other players (some % amount).

Crowbar is placed there because one of the door requires a crowbar to open it.

i was against protection but right now i'm good with that, sounds fair for both sides - people who want protection and who doesnt want it.

Seems to work fine now, getting decent amount of junk per encounter for my junky needs.

What if there are 3 players with leader on 15 lvl, and followers are on 8 lvl?
or: leader is 8 lvl and followers are on 15 lvl?

Average level of people inside encounter is calculated in such case.

Well one 1. level char won't help much. We'll probably change it so only the highest level character present in the encounter matters.

24 lvl character and 6 of his 1lvl buddies would still have about 40% chance to be encountered.
