implants are gived away per event to winners
its quite easy to get
soon there will be implants in dungeons

I read the implants "avaibles" and theres nothing about more hp, I may have missed something...
P.S Nemean Implant gives 20hp, now ive found it.

Yes, they kill all guards in hub. Not difficult at all, most of them uses assault rifles with jhp ammo... cant deliver damage... And BG guards dont have the skill to shoot (they uses M60 and need to be 1hex to shoot...). And the 90% of the guards were wearing leather armor.
