Do I receive full skill points per lvl after 24 or only a portion of them and can I still lvl tagged skills?

I left 2238 about 2 years ago so I need to know if the wiki is up to date other than changes already stated in the changelog.

Is there any way to remove withdrawal effect of drugs or I'm useless for 30 minutes after they wear off?

- You resive full Skill poins after lvl 24
- You can still lvl tagged skills
- There is not, Drugs are bad thinks, wasteland is full of junkies

- There is no Gifted trait in game.

When I have Fast Shot perk, and I am about to Burst from 10mm SMG, does it cost -1 AP?

I've seen nothing about it, so Gifted is not in the game.
And Fast Shot only affect single shots (except for Rocket Launcher), so Fast Shot is almost useless for the Bursts.

Devs have never spoken about a limitation, so you receive full skillpoints and you can still level tagged skills.

Well I think the wiki is almost a copy/paste of 2238 wiki which was up to date; but I'm not sure all features in Reloaded changelog are included.
I advice you to read carefully Reloaded Changelog while you're using the wiki.
By the way some things have changed on 2238, I'm thinking particulary on tents feature (much better now!).

You're not useless, take another drugs!
But there are no withdrawal effects. After 30 minutes (or 1 hour with Chem Reliant) you just lose your bonus.
The only bad thing which could happen to you is to have an addiction; only this could give you malus.

Afcoarse, but we have to keep watch on other SPECIAL aswell. Which is why im after the critical hit formula. So I know how much luck gives me how much raw critical hit%

In TLA luck doesn't do much diddly. As it was only lk x 3. But i'm fairly sure it's way different here.

Yes I thought about it but I don't know how and when. Let it be played a while, there are probably some bugs to fix and many new things to implement.

Disable always run, hold shift always.
