Small guns skill

I have small guns tagged. Every time I tried to raise it it took 2 skill points to increase it by 2 points, more recently it's been taking 3 skill points to increase it by 2 points. Haven't spent a single skill point since reaching 129%. Other skills function as expected.

The higher the skill %, the more skill points it will cost for it to increase, I forgot the exact formula though

Its not a bug, it is a feature... Tagged skill raises by 2 points... Non tagged, one point.

Till 101 it costs 1 sp
102 till 125 it costs 2 sp
126 till 150 it costs 3 sp
151 till 175 it costs 4 sp
176 till 200 it costs 5 sp
201 till 300 it costs 6 sp

As i said, tagged skill raises by 2 points instead of 1
