Can we have some regular armor skins?

I believe I posted this request before, but my account was deleted, so I ll try again.
Can we have skins, appearing as regular amor and able to use all equipment? I dont think that will be any harm done if someone can walk naked and look like regular leather armor or leather jacket skin. I also think, however, making players use better armor skins like CA or even metal armor must not be able, coz meeting someone in wastes appearing like armored person can frighten a noob.
But I dont think that leather armor appearence can make someone scared. And it will make us look like a proper wastelanders even if we are naked. I am just tired of the stupid blue pijamas, same I am tired of the fact pretty skins cant use weapon.
