[Forum] VTDB/forum urls and tapatalk

1. VTDB url is

2. Forum url has issue (blank white page) because sometimes you need to refresh the page to see page content.

3. If you visit the page from mobile device (ex. Android and Chrome browser) you need to show desktop version of page to see content. Tapatalk is probably cause of that behaviour.

3. I updated Tapatalk plugin, it should now show a notification instead of welcome screen (if that's what you meant).
