bg builds

Hello there,

I just got back to this game after several years and had no time to go through all the changelog yet, therefore I ask you for an advice whether my current bg build is good or crap:

S 6
P 7
E 9
C 1
I 6
A 10
L 1

Fastshot, chem reliant
Adrenaline rush, toughness, even tougher, brd x 3, -1ap for ranged (can't remember its name now lol), lifegiver or stonewall or man of steel would be the last one. Expecting taking jet which adds +2 ap if im correct so should be able to burst 3 in a row without delay.

Hp is going to be bad i assume.
