Does anyone have any tips on being a slaver/catching slaves? I'm having a rough time tying them up when they are unconscious..

To own slaves, don't be "Good Natured" or a "Loner" and just buy them from Vortis in NCR, it's cheap and hassle free.

You can't enslave all NPCs. Only a certain type which I believe are listed on wiki.

Best one is combat slave near modoc. You find them with the moonshiners encounter, the ones in leather armor. And they have to be negative HP.
