Solar Scorcher/ Sneak build, need advice

Hi I plan on making a sneak build that focus on using the solar scorcher weapon, this is what I come up with quickly.
 I know I could use nuka and prob use a special point elsewhere but would like to hear opinions, I prob messed up somewhere or if someone has similar build let me know if its good. I plan on fast shot for 7 shots. Jus realised I increased small guns instead of energy :-( real build will have 300% energy weapons not small guns...

This one is a bit more paper but uses crit on the eyes instead of spamming better imo

If you are going to spam make it 5 STR and 10 EN, 2 x lifegiver + adrenaline rush. Also 300 EW is not required for solar spam even at 1 STR the most you need is around 220.

145 lvl, 100 doctor
188 lvl, 200 fa
212 lvl, 175 outdoorsman
277 lvl, 240 sg
299 lvl, 150 steal (for looting without de-sneak)

ty for input, however I think I would choose science and repair over throwing and steal as they are not used often.

throwing is usefull to fight enemy sneakers in night to not waste solar ammo casue only 6. THROWING IS IMPORNANT.
