Looting power armour

Okay, so this ones pretty simple. If I kill the brotherhood or enclave in there power armour, can I then relieve them of it? Or is the only way to find it in chests?

you cant loot them, only spec enc

Not only SE, they can also be found in NR, WH, glow and ares "magic lockers"

I'm not gonna lie, that kinda sucks a**hole. I mean I understand the farming issue there. But I still think you should be able to, just put a massive repair and science check on getting them out of it or something.

You want everyone with pa with tier 3 guns making fight take longer and swarms the advantage
