Caravan - Super Stimpak Guards on worldmap

Hello.

I would like to ask about one thing, is this normal that Guards doesn't gain HPs when using SS on them while traveling on world map?
I can use Doctor skill, to treat their injuries - like eyes, legs, arms, First Aid also work.

It does work, you just don't see the change. Heal all the guards while traveling and then check their hp right after you enter an encounter, you'll see.
