+1 to books, and +1 to detonators, and +1 to empty hypodermic needles from Jules in New Reno

...because it would be a lot easier to buy bulk amounts of these things. This suggestion was already applied to some other items, like buying Chemical Components in San Fran, so makes sense to apply it to above items too.

Is there still a cooldown on buying those? I remember in 2238 they cost 500 to buy in Boneyard, endless but with some crazy long timer, so one at a time.
