Sharpshooter AFTER 10PE BUG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wiki says Sharpshooter boosts "field of vision", not PE directly. So it only boosts Sight, which might be described as "effective PE for combat purposes". I could be wrong. I don't think we ever see SPECIALs above 10 anyway, even if they are somehow functioning over 10.

On level 9 i add perk sharphooter, then i get pe 01 then i write ~suicide, then get 10 pe, same sequence, same ranged damage. i got only more visible range.
sharpshooter gives  +2 PE  thats why i get more visible range. but i still have 10 pe, still sequence 22, same damage.

That says "for the purpose of determining sight range". It's not just a straight +2 to PE.

as henry says, sharpshooter gives You +sight range <press Q for check>

it is a bonus equal to 2 perception points, they wont show up as it is a sight or FOV bonus

If i get sharpshooter then i will get +2 perception [1 perception = 2 sequence]
i had before sharpshooter

pe 10 [20 sequence] + [ elailer sequence +2] then i get 22 sequence

and after add sharpshooter i will get 12 PE, then from 10 pe i will get 12pe BUG[01 PE, after suicide i get 10 pe back] and 22 SEQUENCE.WHY NOT 26 IF +2 PE  GIVES +4 SEQUENCE!!!!!!!!!??[10pe=20 sequence] [elailer sequence +2] [sharpshooter +2 PE = +4 Sequence!!!!!!!!!!!!!] THEN   [20+2+4 gives 26]  RIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?

There is no bug, you can't get SPECIAL higher than 10, that's why taking sharpshooter while having 10 PE will only increase visible range.
