This won't work for avenger.  You need to have at least MRD and BRD on top of crit perks.  With the level you have now, forget the crits and just take ranged damage perks. 3 points from luck and one out of PE to get 5 str. Adrenaline Rush, toughness, BRD x 2, MRD, BROF, Lifegiver x 2 and drop small frame, take fast shot.

Thank you. Would a crit build be optimal tough? I could level up my character more.

if you're gonna grind exp with caravans than don't use crit build. burster builds are the best for caravans.
