I was gonna stay out of this but.... I was in teamspeak and I personally heard some one say "I'm gonna go eat dinner, I'll be back." Then a few minutes later they said "Where the f*ck am I?"

So I only have my word, but I can confirm that at least fireflare wasn't duel logging. He went to get food between HOUR long turns.

Of course Khans don't trust admins!

-  Admins that ban their members without good reason in close encounters,  whilst not equally banning other equally accused players

-Admins that aren't transparent. 

-Admins that act without thinking, and

-Admins that don't respect their own rule of law.

If you don't, then you shouldn't play the game. It will be better both for you and game staff.

Basicly the SW are using the report function as a weapon, encouraging their behavior by giving them what they want is why the admin inbox is filled with cry and shit. If I where a dev here I'd check the logs of all those who report others aswell.

First you talk about "no proofs" and when I post proofs, you claim you were banned before. So why you want any proofs to be posted in the first place, if you consider them "fake" or "not enough" or whatever? You're totally ridiculous.

Btw that radio chatter was actually before you got banned, you can check in-game time on each screen (of course except the one you posted, because for some strange reason you cut it). Still it wasn't the reason of ban.

I checked more people for duallog and haven't found any. When I teleported them to check for dual log, they passed it with no problems.

Players can't check various things, even current IP of a character, so dunno where your "100% sure info about someone dual log" comes from. I have more information available.

Look, everyone with opinions has criticism on how to do things better, just the way it is, but if someone gives absolutely no attention to those ideas they will get mad, it would become something that gets out of hand eventually. What about if you, Kilgore, put yourself in our shoes, how would you react? I'm sure you would do the same, give criticism about what happened and how it should be dealt with, am I right?

those logs won't help with much if they just show IP and people are playing from a shared IP ( router ).

this whole "you either trust admins or find a new game" is something I have mixed feelings about.

in the online world, people DO TRUST big companies, because they know that if you ask for proof,you will get it.(even if it takes a while and some nagging)

on the other hand you are providing a free service for a very niche market, no gaming company would bother to support this kind of game, and you do put a
lot of effort into it(I'm speaking about the entire reloaded staff), so I understand why you would expect blind trust.

Gargantua says the Khans provide financial support, if true that would mean they at least deserve to get some proof.

maybe some apologies from the khans for all those insults since they were just an emotional response, you assumed Kilgore was out to get you and you felt betrayed maybe because of your donations, but he and the staff have given hours and hours of work we don't know about, we only see the results, not the other 90% of development time "wasted" on content that never came to be or is in stasis.

at the end of the day, we all want the same thing, this server to be great. we should try to find some middle ground between players and admins, I don't think blind trust will work with this kind of niche market, unless you want only sheep to play.
