Bugs / [Game mechanic] Rent room in redding disapear items

hello,
there is annoying bug when u moving from other town to redding, items doesnt move and they disapear.
when u rent room from klamath to broken hills, item from bookshelf moving, but from each town to redding, all items disapear.
also u can't rent modoc room after u rent once.

Tank:

core traits: Bonehead, Fast shot
Optional traits: heavy handed, jinxed, Small frame

Always pick a bonehead, on second trait isfast shot seems best cause is 5 flat dmg, it make big work with granade luncher, u can pick on ur tank heavy handed without any problem, power fist with this trait knockdown on every hit, about jinxed is only dedicated to granade luncher or rocket luncher hexshotting, in this way u avoid drawback of jinxed,u can pick small frame for have 1 more lk causing it less bypass but it not so much.

core perks: adrenaline rush, toughness, even tougher, 2 life givers, stonewall
optional perks: 3rd lifegiver, bonus rate of fire, man of steel, medic, quick pockets

dont touch core, about lg+brof seems like most used for tanks or jet tanks, 327 hp work so great with AR, next popular is brof+mos this version work on tc open space, lg+mos make u best of best tanks u will take dmg and heal up, about medic, only with lg, it make ur fa/doc cd on 45sec and ability to remove KO.

Tanky Burster:
special: 5 10 10 1 2 9 6
drugs: nuka, cig, beer, psycho and can be jet.
core traits: Bonehead, Fast shot
Optional traits: Small frame
