I guess we have to think about some kind of filtering systems and stuff if we want to keep the quality of our members high and maintain the healthy atmosphere in the faction.
I believe we do need some kind of a faction for recruits and set up the procedure of accepting new members. We often help newbies and never PK them, so why don't we invite them to the recruits faction when they can grow, prove their adequacy and "relevancy" to the faction and eventually be invited in the main faction.
This would help us avoiding spies and saboteurs from a priori hostile factions or just miserable people with no moral standards.

I just want to say, my faction doesn't always represent my action. Sure, I am a douche to other players. Sure I would baserape the living HELL out of someone. But my friends are my friends. The trust I've built with people doesn't go away for me so easily. You've known me for more than 3 years Henry. My personality hasn't changed just because I joined an opposing faction. I've ALWAYS been a PKer and I've always liked making people rage. But please don't think that I would backstab my friends just because we aren't on the same team.

You leaded khans, wich has few people and everyone pretends that they are the best just to piss off others but they know inside they dont matter, they not important.
If you can leave your friends in Khans, to join their enemies at time, Ultra Violence, later make a ghost faction like UFAV and suck at pvp in tc and reno, well boy...

CCM is for hire for all purposes in game of assistance. For specifics speak to a Claw Manager/ or post on the CCM website of Job to be registered.
However, if there is back stab or killing of merc, Reputation will be affected as well as merc hiring with that faction/group/individual.

The Khans have a long history of members coming and going, quite often because of tantrums and fall outs but that has nothing to do with the fact that admitting you are or was a Train Robber.
