Nothing easier just find .frm file which is a NCR Cop sprite and make zip with same folder as NCR was in a folder that would contain BlueCA sprite that'll have same name as police sprite so it'll overwrite the original art.

Those automated recolors looks horrible, if you ask me. Look at all those black pixels...

Back to the subject, I know it's not the most important thing, but maybe every armour could look at least a lil' bit different from another. Even combat armors and metal/tesla armours between each other's.
