Needlers have a poison effect.
People have spare Black Radscorpion Eggs.
Maybe the eggs could be traded to some NPC who breeds Scorps for venom milking.
Or just craft needler ammo with the eggs.
These would have the same effect as Black Radscorpion stings.
Now all we would need is a Needler SMG.

Dont know since the eggs only obtainable from that quest and there be 3-2 eggs left over. needler ammo fine as it is. Needler smg not bad but more "unused" item it may be.

Fun idea. Expand though...
There are two items in this game that are not implemented: radscorpion limbs, and poison bottle.
Imagine a new support perk that allows you to sometimes gather limbs when you kill a scorpion, and craft them into bottles of poison. Now you can use poison in ammo crafting.
(Actually there is one unique radscorpion limbs in the game per season. Someone has them.)

The Scorpion Breeder idea could give you access to venom, or maybe if there were Black Radscorpion Tails you could farm.
The SMG would be possibly a troll weapon due to the poison effect, if it builds like regular poison. If it were a 10-round burst you could maybe kill with poison overload even if you did no damage. Which is why I was thinking of Black Radscorpion Venom.

Did you ever were poisoned? It makes shitty damage now, no one even bother to use antidote.

I usually stick that crap in my med fridge until I get sick of seeing it then use my crafter to sell it for useful meds.

Exactly that's Chris....but I'm afraid antidote could have some more use than golden nugget ;)
