So my sugestion is a trophy after somone dies and is dead a trophy apears in thier inventory.
Just like in Diablo II, but ther u had ears with name here we dont have ears but we have somthing easlse and its not used in game
and dont have purpise now it coud have perpuse, A EXTRA FINGER :D
So reasuming after player dies in his inventory apears a finger form foot (the one that u had in fallout 2 after long tearm radiation)
with a players name.
A good trophy after a kill :) nice touch in game probably easy to do by admins. :)
So Guys and admins what do u think?

Now imagine an expansion upon this where you can trade fingers to a certain individual in exchange for another item that represents a kill count. For example 500 fingers could entitle a severed head, whereas 1000 could give you a mangled corpse. Files do exist and I do believe a little piece of macabre decoration to represent a reward for in game accomplishments would be a nice addition.

I remember this suggestion from 2238 and it was about ear, there is ear inv sprite from fallout 2 when you get your ear bitten off during boxing

Seems like a good idea. Isn't this in Fallout 3? Only you get a finger for Lawbringer perk, which means you only get a finger when you kill a "bad guy" like a Raider. And there's some other perk (and a different item) when you kill a good guy. Something like that. Then you sell the parts to someone (or trade for items here).
Could be tied to a perk here too? Anyway good idea.

Get it only if you kill with melee or melee gank him when floored. Just for the sake of finesse.

Not necessary. Dropping items on death = players killing alts or whatever just for body parts. Potential drama over famous players and their body parts, etc. Too much coding + item tagging to individual players for nothing. So, it won't happen. No time.

Maybe add a tag in kill count for players only, with a different one depending if the player is above or below lvl 24. No additionnal items, just a number in character sheet like in AOP.

It is ok idea. Some people like to check such stats, some other don't care, depends on taste, but it not hurt anyone for sure. On AoP and FOnline 2 such counters and rankings working well.

I dont like this idea. It would create mess after big pvp. Also as Corrosive said drama over trophys of specific players, could also people kill each other on purpose for it so it would mean nothing/have no value anyways. It seems pointless to me.
Maybe only if you use knife on dead player body or something like that.

Yep a combat knife on body, thats good if somone whants it will have it and it wont spam server locations this way.

Maybe player kills counter , like encounters kills counter... I agry with seki... because is gona be mess in TC and massive pvp-s... Is not gonna worth because some players gonna take loot from kills is not from them, so is not real trophy... Also who take trophy if i dmg masive dmg to player in TC, and somebody give him last hit and kill him?
